Omega-3 concentrate from fish oils in it: 470mg. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 80mg. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 220mg. Omega-3 fatty acids 347mg total. Vitamin E 3,7mg.
Suggested use: 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid.
Expiry date: at least 1 year
